Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co. recorded a net profit of KWD 3,709,636 for the period ended 31 March 2026, compared to a net profit of KWD 3,320,085 for the corresponding period in 2025, representing an increase of 12%.
Earnings per share (EPS) reached 11.52 Fils during the first three months of the current year, compared to 10.31 Fils for the same period last year, reflecting a growth of 12%.

Manshaat Real Estate Projects Company achieved a profit of 12.2 million Kuwaiti Dinars for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, reflecting an increase of 107% compared to a profit of 5.9 million KWD for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. Earnings per share stood at 37.96 Fils. The board of directors has recommended a cash dividend of 5 Fils per share.

The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, 12 February 2026, at 1:30 p.m. to approve the consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.
